וּשְׁבֻאֵל֙ בֶּן־גֵּרְשׁ֣וֹם בֶּן־מֹשֶׁ֔ה נָגִ֖יד עַל־הָאֹצָרֽוֹת׃
איז שבֿואֵל דער זון פֿון גֵרשוֹם דעם זון פֿון משהן, געװען דער פֿירשט איבער די שאַצן.
Rashi
And Shebuel the son of Gershom was the ruler over the treasuries Similarly, [this means] the ruler over one of the treasuries of the forecourt. Others explain [that he was literally] the ruler over the treasuries. All the Temple trustees were under him.
